Financial Literacy

Cents and Sensibility Book Club with Mike Wilson... Join us to better understand financial literacy by reviewing some of the “latest and greatest” titles in personal finance, along with a few timeless classics. Participants in the book club will study concepts such as:
- using debt wisely,
- controlling income taxation
- making wise investment decisions,
- buying insurance in a cost-effective manner
- understanding our relationship to money overall
Each book is relatively short, is written in layman’s terms, and can be read in less than a month. The featured books may be borrowed from the library or purchased. Participants will be entered into a drawing for a free book each month. Register today online or in person at the Carnegie Public Library of Steuben County.
